A large 12 X 30 Infinity edge pool with waterfall is the centerpiece of this beautiful villa. The pool is solar heated and seating below the waterfall is a splurge worth enjoying.		In the great room, the fully equipped kitchen features Brazilian golden peach granite countertops. Stools along one side of the island are perfect for snacks.
Nearby, the formal dining area comfortably seats six in elegant surroundings. A corner doorway leads to a convenient half/bath and an large laundry area accessible to guests.		You can also dine poolside overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The dining gazebo with spacious seating for six, rests amidst serene tropical gardens and is perfect for intimate weddings!
Shaded all day long, the gazebo provides a nice vantage point to relax and enjoy a moment of quiet solitude while listening to the gurgling poolside waterfall.		Beach loungers for everyone and plenty of comfortable overstuffed wicker furniture under the covered arches make long days perfect at Waterfall.
Three sets of sliding glass doors bring the outside in at Waterfall providing seamless living spaces for everyone.		Sectional seating is designed for comfortable lounging and enjoying evenings with friends.
A beautiful white armoire houses a home entertainment center. An indoor-outdoor stereo system keeps the party flowing inside and out.		Through the living room's French doors is a comfortable but complete office set up and ready for guest use. A computer, printer, fax, telephone, DSL and WI-FI is provided.
The master bedroom is its own sweet dream with a king sized bed in the center of this beautiful room. to maximize the gorgeous water view. Air conditioning is, of course, provided as well as room darkening curtains to ensure restful sleep.		Italian tile and marble are found in all the bathrooms at Waterfall as well as spacious walk-in showers and double sinks.
A second bedroom with king bed can also be accessed from either inside the house or from the pool deck at Waterfall. All three bedrooms are equal sized, with private baths, satellite TV with DVD, air conditioning and lovely water views.		The third bedroom is located downstairs, accessed via the pool deck, or a curved staircase direct from the front entrance. Two of the three king sized beds can be converted to twins.
Downstairs guests can also take advantage of the refrigerator located in the adjacent air conditioned gym! The gym is equipped with free weights, club quality treadmill, exercise bike, ab roller, and more.		Clothing is optional at Waterfall where a few boats linger in the shimmering bay below and hummingbirds dance among the tropical flowers nearby.
