Five private yoga classes, meditational hiking and catered dinner awaits you
Enjoy morning yoga on the open decks of a Caribbean villa, giving a whole, new meaning to "Sun Salutations"! Relax with a delicious
catered meal upon your arrival and stretch out in the pool or on the moonlit decks. A guided meditational hike takes you to remote St. John locations
for peaceful meditation. You can also add other services (see the listing on our rejuvenation services

This is a private retreat for one to ten people who stay in a lovely, quiet villa and experience yoga with a personal yoga teacher who comes to the villa daily (except for a day "off" for a full day adventure
and the day you leave). A variety of yoga styles are available. Bring your mat and be ready to relax and rejuvenate! Meals can be prepared in your
villa, catered for an extra charge or you can sample St. John's extensive restaurant options.

Sample Schedule: The Spiritual Retreat/Rejuvenation Retreat
A spiritual retreat can be taken as a "Leave Me Alone Retreat" if
you seek solitude, silence and seclusion. Or it may be integrated into a Yoga
Retreat or Stressbuster. There's no right or wrong way to approach the retreat, which is the beauty of a customized program!
However, here is a suggested schedule that works for many people. It is flexible
and allows for late meals, massage, considerable outdoor exercise time or time
to work with a therapist/guide and lots of sleep.I also suggest a sailing trip at the end of the retreat as a beautiful
re-entry process and a few days to a week for island exploration and integration
of the retreat .
7:00 a.m. Wake-up or wake-up on your own, juice or hot tea
7:30 - 8:30 Yoga or stretching
8:30 - 9:30 Morning meditation and prayers
9:30 -10:30 Breakfast and inspirational reading
10:30 -1:00 Morning exercise: swim, hike, work with guide/therapist
1:00 - 2:00 Midday meditation or contemplation
2:00 - 5:00 Lunch, rest and reflect, nap, gentle snorkeling or beach
5:00 - 6:30 Massage including a half hour integration time
6:30 - 7:30 Sunset meditation
7:30 Leisurely dinner
9:00 Hot tub
10:00 Bedtime meditation or write
11:00 Sleep
If sleeping in and waking up naturally is a priority, the morning schedule
may be adjusted by shortening the morning swim/hike time. A guide may be
utilized for meditational snorkeling or hiking to power spots for meditation or an eco-tour or a counseling session with a therapist in
the morning swim/hike period. However, the afternoon rest and reflect time
should be leisurely, not structured or exerting.
"St. John was the perfect place for my retreat. I appreciate the care with
which you arranged my "non-schedule" and the safety I felt in being on my own on St. John. It is truly a powerful place. I go back to those
beautiful places in my meditations."
